Is a concrete pad required?

No. We have many satisfied customers who do not desire a concrete pad. There are numerous options ranging from grass or dirt to gravel or concrete.

If you choose to go with anything other than concrete, we recommend you select our option for High Wind Anchors to properly anchor your structure.

If you choose to install on your concrete slab, we will anchor the structure to the concrete at no additional charge.

What do I need to know if pouring a concrete slab?

You will need to determine the size of the concrete slab you want/need. You may actually have a slab that is one foot shorter in length but needs to the same measurement on width.

We recommend not to drill any holes in the pad for anchoring. Our installers will complete this process, if ordered, to ensure proper hole alignment.

You will also need to determine the thickness of your slab and if you desire any apron's.
